Fitness/Aquatics Center
Exercise is an important and rewarding part of life. At Trezevant we offer programs which incorporate strength, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular development. Participating in these programs has been shown to reduce the risk of physical disability as well as improve current conditions. Whether an invigorating water aerobics class in the heated pool or a relaxing tai chi class at the Fitness Center, we offer something for everyone at every fitness level. The classes offered are low impact classes supervised by qualified instructors. Personalized cardiovascular training is also available to any resident who chooses to take advantage of the opportunity.
