REHABILITATION THERAPY
The Rehabilitation Department provides comprehensive services to return a person to their highest practicable level of functioning and well-being. All of these services are available on both in inpatient and outpatient basis.

Physical Therapy
Provides programs to improve resident's strength, balance, and mobility in order to attain the highest level of functioning.

Speech Therapy
Provides programs to help residents recover from speech impairments, language difficulties, and/or swallowing disorders related to some illness.

Occupational Therapy
Provides programs to help residents regain as much independence as possible with visual perceptual training, upper extremity strengthening, coordination, and self-help skills.

We welcome direct admission to Allen Morgan Health and Rehabilitation Center (AMHRC) on a space-available basis. When your physician, discharge planner, or social worker discusses rehabilitation therapy, please tell them that you would like to know about availability at Allen Morgan Health and Rehabilitation Center (AMHRC) on the Trezevant campus.
