LifeCare
One of the greatest benefits of living at Trezevant is the peace of mind of the LifeCare benefit. LifeCare provides qualified residents the security of knowing that assisted living in the Trezevant Terrace and nursing care in the Allen Morgan Health and Rehabilitation Center are available at the LifeCare rate, which is less than half of the market rate. LifeCare gives residents and their families a means of estate conservation at the time when care is needed. LifeCare is security at its best, neither children nor family need to worry about all the “what ifs.”
LifePlan
As another financial option for residents moving into independent living, Trezevant offers a fee for service type of residence and services agreement for those who have elected alternative methods of long term health care payment.
- Offers residences at $55,000 to $105,000 less than the LifeCare Plan. In exchange, long term health care costs are not discounted or based on lower independent living rates but are at market rate.
- Allows residents to benefit from their long term care insurance policy
- Allows residents to self insure
- Allows the residents, through LifePlan, to pay for long term health care services only when they use them
